What Moonchild got

  • A page one spot for a buying question. Designers who search which AI tools are worth it meet Moonchild through a hands on review.
  • A #1 result above its own website for the design system walkthrough, on Google and on Bing.
  • Medium's editors put it in front of more readers with a Boost.
  • Readers who stayed. 2.4K reads across the two articles, about 1 in 2 visitors.

Honest limits

  • The Google and Bing screenshots are from 23 July. The first article has since moved from #1 to #6.
  • I can see views and reads, not sign ups. Only Moonchild can see how many readers tried the tool.
  • Perplexity did not cite either article yet.

What's next

  • Add a short summary table near the top of both articles. That is the shape Perplexity and AI Overviews quote most.
  • Ask Moonchild to link the walkthrough from their blog. Outside links are the strongest signal for AI answers.
  • Check Google, Bing, Perplexity, ChatGPT and Gemini again every 30 days and add the new screenshots here.
